Privacy policy

This page explains what information is collected on this site, what it is used for, who it is shared with and how to ask for it to be deleted. The party responsible is Eliterrero Aesthetic & PMU Inc, with a studio at 11397 SW 40th St, Suite 27, Beauty Mall Suites, Miami, Florida 33165.
What information is collected
- When you book an appointment: your name, your email, your phone, the service you chose and the date. If you write a note in the booking, it is saved with your appointment.
- When you pay the deposit: the amount, the date and the result of the charge. Your card details are processed by Stripe directly. They are not stored on this site and we do not see them.
- When you ask for a brow assessment: the photos you send, along with your name, your email, your WhatsApp and your answers about any previous work you have.
- When you buy a product: your name, your email and the shipping address, which Stripe also processes.
- When you write on WhatsApp or Instagram: what you write to us stays in that conversation, inside those applications.
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not sell or rent your information to anyone.
What it is used for
- To schedule, confirm and remind you of your appointment.
- To charge the deposit and, if you buy, to process and ship your order.
- To assess your case before a micropigmentation and get back to you.
- To keep track of the schedule, the payments and the inventory of the business.
Your information is not used for third party advertising.
Who it is shared with
Only with the services needed to make this work, and only with the minimum each one needs:
- Cal.com, for the schedule and the appointment confirmations.
- Stripe, to process payments.
- Google, for email and for the sheet where sales and inventory are tracked.
- Cloudflare and Resend, to host the brow assessment system and send the email notices.
- Creaactiva LLC, the studio that builds and maintains the site, with technical access for as long as that maintenance lasts.
It is also shared when the law requires it.
Your photos
The photos you send for an assessment are used only to evaluate your case and get back to you. They are not published on social media or on this site without your express permission. If you want them deleted, ask and they get deleted.
How long it is kept
The information about your appointments and your payments is kept while the client relationship exists and after that for as long as accounting and tax obligations require. Assessment photos are kept while they are useful for your treatment, or until you ask for them to be deleted.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to be told what information there is about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Message me on WhatsApp or on Instagram, at @eliterreroaesthetic, and your request gets handled.
Minors
The services are for people 18 and over. If you are a minor, you need the authorization and the presence of your mother, father or guardian.
Security
Information travels encrypted and access is limited to whoever needs to use it to take care of you. No system is foolproof, and that is why only what is necessary is collected.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
